Michael Paul Elder, D.O.
Dr. Elder is board certified in family medicine. He did his undergraduate education at Rick’s College and Brigham Young University in Pre-Medicine and Chemistry. He graduated from medical school at Western University Of Health Sciences/College Of Osteopathic Medicine Of The Pacific in the top 10 percent of his class. He completed his Family Practice Residency at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver and was Intern Of The Year and was Co-Chief Resident. He ranked in the top 1 percent of the nation on his National Boards and was received the highest score in the nation on his Family Medicine Boards. Dr. Elder is happily married and has two children. He is actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America, his community, and church. He enjoys caring for patients of all ages and is dedicated to providing you the highest quality of medical care available.
Dr. Russell Bloom, D.O.
Dr. Russell Bloom is board certified in family medicine. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1988. He attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences/College Of Osteopathic Medicine Of the Pacific in Pomona California and graduated in 1992. He completed his internship at San Bernardino County Hospital. He did his Family Medicine residency at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency. He is a native of San Diego, California growing up in El Cajon and has lived in Colorado for the past 18 years. He is very active in the outdoors and enjoys kayaking, hiking, mountaineering, scuba diving, wrestling alligators, unicycle riding, riding his Harley motorcycle, and many other outdoor activities. He has 2 children in college. He is a caring and empathetic physician who is very active in keeping up to date with the most current therapies. Dr. Bloom is currently accepting all new patients.
Margaret "Marnie" Mazzarello, FNP-C
Marnie Mazzarello graduated in May, 2010, from Georgia State University with a Master’s of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Central Oklahoma University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in May, 2002. She has practiced in Pensacola, Florida in family medicine, walk-in/urgent care, and pain management from 2010 until 2013. She was a member of Phi Theta Kappa at Rose State College and Theta Tau of Central Oklahoma University. She has extensive training and experience in hospital nursing, IV therapy, emergency room, office cardiology, and intensive care. Her hobbies include hiking and swimming with her family. She is married and has three daughters, and she states that, “her family is the main focus and most important part of her life”. She served in the United States Air Force and the Air Force Reserves for 8 years. She was stationed in Okinawa, Japan for about a year. She met and married her husband while serving in the U. S. Air Force. Marnie grew up in Long Island, New York, and has one sister. Marnie and her family recently moved to Parker, Colorado, from Florida and she is excited to practice family medicine here. She enjoys all aspects of Family Medicine, but has an interest in Dermatology. She has three young children and is in tune with the medical and health issues that young parents and families face. She is excited to participate in you and your kids’ health care.
Stacie Farrow, FNP-C
Stacie is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado School in 2006 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing. She received her Masters of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2010 from The University of Northern Colorado.
Stacie re-joined ACFM in February 2014. She relates well to patients of all ages and she appreciates all aspects of family medicine, she especially appreciates helping young women with their health and specializes in pediatric care. Stacie receives regular comments from her patients of how thorough she is and her patients find her to be very easy to relate to.
Stacie is happily married and in her free time enjoys skiing, running and hiking activities in the mountains. She is actively involved in softball. Stacie has been a terrific addition to our team team and we feel fortunate to have her serving our patients.
