Michael Paul Elder, D.O.
Dr. Elder is board certified in family medicine. He did his undergraduate education at Rick’s College and Brigham Young University in Pre-Medicine and Chemistry. He graduated from medical school at Western University Of Health Sciences/College Of Osteopathic Medicine Of The Pacific in the top 10 percent of his class. He completed his Family Practice Residency at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver and was Intern Of The Year and was Co-Chief Resident. He ranked in the top 1 percent of the nation on his National Boards and was received the highest score in the nation on his Family Medicine Boards. Dr. Elder is happily married and has two children. He is actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America, his community, and church. He enjoys caring for patients of all ages and is dedicated to providing you the highest quality of medical care available.
Dr. Russell Bloom, D.O.
Dr. Russell Bloom is board certified in family medicine. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1988. He attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences/College Of Osteopathic Medicine Of the Pacific in Pomona California and graduated in 1992. He completed his internship at San Bernardino County Hospital. He did his Family Medicine residency at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency. He is a native of San Diego, California growing up in El Cajon and has lived in Colorado for the past 18 years. He is very active in the outdoors and enjoys kayaking, hiking, mountaineering, scuba diving, wrestling alligators, unicycle riding, riding his Harley motorcycle, and many other outdoor activities. He has 2 children in college. He is a caring and empathetic physician who is very active in keeping up to date with the most current therapies. Dr. Bloom is currently accepting all new patients.
Deirdre Marchetti, FNP-BC
Deirdre graduated in May, 2008, from the University of Massachusetts with a Master’s of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She spent 6 years in family practice in Massachusetts before joining our practice in 2015. Deirdre relates well to patients of all ages and gender and she appreciates all aspects of family medicine. She is a good listener and compassionate with her patients and has a tendency to generate a very loyal patient following. Deirdre receives regular comments from her patients of how thorough she is and her patients find her very easy to relate to.
Deirdre and her husband moved to the Denver area from Massachusetts in 2015 and have enjoyed all the Colorado beauty. During her free time, she and her husband enjoy mountain drives taking in the scenery, hiking and walking. Deirdre has been a terrific addition to our team and we feel fortunate to have her serving our patients.
Kristina Searls, MMS, PA-C
Kristina is a Physician Assistant who joined our practice March 2017. She has lived in Colorado since the age of eight and grew up in Douglas County. She graduated with a double major in Biology and Secondary Education from Colorado State University in 2010. Upon graduation she obtained a position at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in HIV-AIDS research where became a published scientist. In 2015 she graduated from the Red Rocks Physician Assistant program and obtained a Master’s degree in Medical Science from Saint Francis University. She currently lives in Aurora with her husband and dog and enjoys outdoor Colorado activities, football, and spending time with her friends and family.
